My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were spacious and nice, perfect for work trips, but they did get quite warm and stuffy on the fifth floor. The service was top-notch, with efficient, courteous, and proactive staff who even went out of their way to accommodate my granddaughter after hours. The location was ideal, within walking distance of Old Sacramento and offering plenty of activities nearby. The dining experience was memorable, although a bit chaotic with many families around.
The hotel provided a comfortable stay for me, my 4-year-old daughter, and 4 adult women. The rooms were spacious with a dining table and a cozy sitting area around the window for enjoying the view. The service was top-notch, from the parking attendants to the cleaning crew, they were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The location, although near a busy highway, was ideal for exploring Old-town Sacramento and the Capitol. The facilities were well-maintained, making our stay enjoyable overall.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. On one hand, the room was large, well-equipped, and the service was incredibly friendly and attentive. The breakfast was delicious, a great start to the day. However, the room felt outdated and not very clean, which was a downside to an otherwise pleasant stay.
